Step by step washing machine with rotary table "ILP-TR"

Typical machines integrated into production islands, these plants have the following characteristics:

Transporter pieces consisting of a circular table or radial, high-precision construction, placed in rotation on its axis vertical, with an angle depending on the number of sectors in which it is divided

This table is usually divided into sectors (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 16, 18, 20, (as appropriate accordingly to treatment and frequency) on which are placed the piece holders satellites, so that the various stages of processing (eg washing, rinsing, drying) are carried out simultaneously with the loading and unloading (masked time)

All these facilities can be provided with loading and unloading operator, pick-and-place robot or in performance without operator's position for loading and unloading is always indexing.

The facilities are provided in two versions in use:
WITH ROTATING SATELLITES. for which the pieces are washed and are in rotation on their vertical axis by fixed jets and properly positioned. This system allows you to wash every piece can be placed on the satellite, giving excellent washing, blow drying and homogeneous rapidly. Robot is provided with the indexing of the external position.

WITHOUT ROTATING SATELLITES. for which the pieces are washed in their fixed position by:

jets fixed appropriately positioned
jets or masks mobile rotating around ramps and / or by the piece
This system is normally provided with change shape and size of the pieces almost zero, and when cleaning is required, almost perfect, including blind holes and channels

Normally used for washing and chip removing of complex parts of medium size for which requires a very thorough washing or with a guaranteed maximum residual (the automotive sector in particular), with complex shapes, blind holes, channels etc. such as:
 
machined cast aluminum parts
faucet body
valve bodies
engine components (housings, camshafts, headers, etc. ..)
complex parts in general
In the same way, but with integration of anthropomorphic robot 6 axes the systems can be provided for washing, chip removing, flushing of the holes and channels and for the removal of burrs pendule on steel, cast iron, brass and aluminum (150-500 Bar).
