Washing and chipping removing machine "PLANET"

This machine represents a stunning evolution in the in line washing machinery. Coming from a project born in 2001, after few years of beta testing with the active cooperation of some of our customers, it is now perfectly engineered having reached the highest possible levels of reliability and constancy in washing results. Chipping removing in this machine is related to loose chips coming from the works performed on the piece.
This machine allow the user to:
• Wash on piece at time
• Satisfy high production level (one piece every 3-4”)
• Perfectly clean pieces with complex shapes
• Gently handle the pieces avoid damaging even the most delicate surfaces
• Cancel manpower costs
The machine receives the pieces directly from the transfer machine in a cylindrical basket. No operator intervention needed. Once the piece is loaded a sensor detects the presence of the piece and moves the rotating table of one step. This reveals a new empty basket ready to receive a new piece while, at the same time, one basket is automatically unloaded by gravity from the washing machine. The other satellites are rotating and washing the pieces. Because the washing happens in immersion with hydro kinetic effect, all the chipping is also removed. The machine can be supplied with 6 or 10 satellites.
With production level lover than one piece every 10 seconds the 6 satellite machine is suggested.
With production level higher than one piece every 10 seconds the 10 satellite machine is suggested.
Depending on the kind of lubricant used t work the piece a detergent may be needed or not.
If the removal of a mineral oil is required a detergent will be added in the machine tank, with water based lubricant detergents may be avoided.
