Tank lines, assisted by one or more transfer, are created for very complex treatments and processes, involving several treatment solutions and where it is required to provide a sequence of dedicated treatments to the various types of parts to be treated.  The principle, which calls for a sequence of tanks in an unlimited indefinite number and an automation system that can, through programmed formulas, cover all or part of these tanks, does not place limits on the versatility and complexity of the process and production capacity. Each tank "or station" can be equipped with systems and technologies with different processes; there may be stations with an hydrokinetic effect, spraying stations, stations with ultrasonic transducers, stations with air insufflation, etc.... at the same time, the parts to be treated may simply be hung on a frame, placed in static or rotating baskets or be introduced within rotor barrels, etc. The tanks can be made in stainless steels, special alloys with high chemical resistance, or in plastic, meaning that is possible to use process solutions of any nature including strong acids. Some typical applications of this type of lines are: pickling and deoxidation of steel or stainless steel and its alloys; strong passivation and brass and bronze polishing; aluminium etching/satinising; surface conversion treatments, paint removal.

Immersion automatic basket lines, with or without ultrasound, are ideal for the treatment of small and medium size parts of various geometries. The parts are positioned or placed in bulk in special baskets and then lead into the process tanks by Cartesian axis automation systems. The principle, which calls for a sequence of tanks in an unlimited indefinite number and an automation system that can, through programmed formulas, cover all or part of these tanks, does not place limits on the versatility and complexity of the process and production capacity. Each tank "or station" can be equipped with systems and technologies with different processes; we can have stations with hydrokinetic effect, spraying stations, stations with ultrasonic transducers, stations with air insufflation, etc .... at the same time the baskets can be put in rotation if the geometry of the part requires it. The possibility of creating the cycle with the inclusion of optional stages makes this solution extremely flexible and ideal for those who need to process parts of varying nature and geometry.

Ultrasonic washing is a safe and efficient technology that guarantees deep cleaning. The advantage is that you have perfect cleaning of the objects even with tenacious contaminants and cavities which are difficult to reach. Ultrasonic washing technology consists of an electronic generator coupled to one or more piezoelectric or magnetostrictive transducers that emit ultrasonic vibrations into the washing liquid with a frequency of about 40,000 oscillations per second. These oscillations create an actual energy shock between the cleaning fluid and the surface to be cleaned, able to detach even the most stubborn dirt from objects of various sizes and even very complex geometries. The ultrasonic tanks are used for the washing of mechanical parts, gears, moulds, precision mechanics, etc.  removing from them oil, grease, abrasive pastes, chips, dust, organic residues etc.  Ultrasonic tanks can be simple, with only a grid on the bottom where to place the pieces to be washed, or be equipped with an automatic lift for immersion and agitation of the pieces.
